Allwyn Entertainment to Debut on New York Stock Exchange via Merger with Cohn Robbins Holdings Corp

## Lottery Powerhouse Allwyn Entertainment Sets Sights on New York Stock Exchange Debut

A prominent force in the international lottery arena, Allwyn Entertainment is making waves with its proclamation to debut on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The corporation will accomplish this by merging with Cohn Robbins Holdings Corp (CRHC), a special purpose acquisition company presently traded on the NYSE.

This action appraises Allwyn at a remarkable $9.3 billion, underscoring the company’s substantial footprint and prospective trajectory within the lottery sector.

Karel Komárek, Allwyn’s Chairman of the Board and founder of KKCG Investment Group (Allwyn’s controlling shareholder), characterized the listing as a “pivotal phase” in the company’s evolution.

The reasoning is evident. In the twelve months preceding June 2021, Allwyn’s platforms facilitated an astounding €16 billion (roughly $18 billion) in lottery transactions. With established activities in nations such as Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus, and Italy, Allwyn projects an adjusted EBITDA of approximately $810 million and net gaming revenue of roughly $1.7 billion in 2022.

Sir Keith Mills, Chairman of Allwyn UK, accentuated the magnitude of this move, declaring that the NYSE listing constitutes a “significant turning point” for the company. It serves as a clear indicator of Allwyn’s triumphant approach of amplifying global lottery sales by rendering games more captivating, inventive, and engaging.

Enthusiasm is evident, with Mills remarking, “It is exhilarating to witness our parent company’s drive for expansion and its aspiration to introduce its lottery proficiency to the globe.”

This alliance will considerably bolster our application for the United Kingdom’s fourth National Lottery permit.” Although we’ve already presented a robust proposal, this joint effort enhances it further.

It’s important to highlight that Allwyn, an international frontrunner in lottery management, possesses an outstanding reputation for ethical gaming. They’ve earned accreditations from both the European Lotteries and the World Lottery Association, attaining the top ranking for their dedication to responsible gaming principles.
