AGS has named Robert Blair to the position of Deputy General Counsel.
Blair transitions to the AGS legal department from Aruze Gaming, where he fulfilled a comparable function. During his time at Aruze, Blair served as Global General Counsel and held other significant roles, including Global Deputy General Counsel and Global Senior IP Counsel. This background will be essential as Blair contributes over two decades of legal proficiency to AGS, particularly in domains such as financial plan enhancement, portfolio dealings, litigation and enforcement approaches, and patent portfolio administration.
Aruze Gaming recently experienced a phase of reorganization, divesting segments of its operations to entities like Interblock (electronic table games) and Play Synergy (slot machine operations).

Their gaming machines are already operational in 29 states across the US, four Canadian provinces, and even extend beyond the North American continent. The company is highly committed to expanding the availability of its gaming machines, with the goal of concluding 2023 with a robust worldwide presence.
