This purchase will give B90 control of Spinbookie’s web address, business activities, proprietary information, and all related holdings. Spinbookie, utilizing BetConstruct’s gaming technology, is fully operational and certified in Curacao, providing a safe and controlled environment for its customers.
This calculated action enables B90 to enter new territories, especially in South Africa, enhancing its current operations. To finance the acquisition and Spinbookie’s growth, B90 has secured £596,800 (roughly $791,419) through a share issuance.
Karim Peer, B90’s Non-Executive Chairman, conveyed certainty that the purchase will hasten the company’s journey to profitability, incorporating a worthwhile asset into its holdings.
