Caesars Entertainment Champions Corporate Citizenship in 2022 Report

Caesars Entertainment recently published its 2022 Corporate Citizenship Report, continuing a 14-year tradition. This document underscores the company’s dedication to ethical business practices.

The report centers on five crucial aspects where Caesars demonstrated substantial progress in 2022: ecological responsibility, diversity and integration, staff development opportunities, employee wellness, and civic involvement.

Regarding environmental stewardship, Caesars has prioritized waste reduction, water conservation, and minimizing its environmental impact. They’ve established an ambitious objective of reaching net-zero greenhouse gas output by 2050. Progress is evident, with a 14% decrease in water usage in 2022 compared to 2019.

Caesars also prioritizes diversity and inclusion. Their aim is to attain gender and ethnic representation balance in management roles by 2025. They’ve already witnessed a 106% rise in individuals of color holding senior leadership positions from 2020 to 2022.

Acknowledging the significance of learning, Caesars introduced a novel employee educational support initiative called “All-in Education” in July 2022. This program offers eligible team members financial aid for tuition, college savings programs, grants, debt relief, and budget-friendly education choices. Since its inception, 29.3% of employees have utilized the company’s educational platform, 22 employees received scholarships up to $20,000, and 400 team members benefited from a combined $1 million in tuition debt forgiveness.

During the year 2022, Kaiser Permanente allocated a significant $81 million back to the areas it supports. This considerable contribution encompassed $65 million in grants for community betterment, $3.5 million designated for the Kaiser Permanente Foundation, $1.6 million in non-monetary contributions, and a noteworthy $2.4 million gathered through the charitable acts of staff volunteers.

Acknowledging the value of its personnel, Kaiser Permanente initiated two fresh programs centered on employee health and protection. Moreover, Kaiser Permanente amplified its healthcare offerings and introduced new safeguards to reinforce on-location security for both personnel and those receiving care.
