The legendary Churchill Downs is gearing up for a grand transformation! In anticipation of the 150th Kentucky Derby, a staggering $200 million will be dedicated to modernizing the paddock zone. Envision this: by May 2024, the current paddock will be entirely revamped. Expect unimpeded vistas of the famed Twin Spires, enhanced circulation for spectators, and state-of-the-art enhancements to all existing facilities.

Anticipate a doubling in size – expanding from 5,000 to 12,000 square feet – and an entirely new echelon of opulence with the inclusion of exclusive member areas. Picture yourself relishing the races from lavish reserved seating, private enclosures, or even a table offering a dedicated vantage point of the racetrack. A remarkable 3,612 premium seats will be incorporated.
