The gaming enterprise, ComeOn Group, is partnering with technology provider Signaturgruppen to ensure a seamless integration of Denmark’s latest digital identification platform, MitID. This action follows a recent mandate from the Danish Gaming Authority requiring all platform providers to switch from the aging NemID system to MitID by the October 31st cutoff. ComeOn Group is dedicated to a smooth changeover, providing its users with both NemID and MitID choices until the stipulated date. Signaturgruppen, possessing vast expertise within the iGaming industry, is well-prepared to steer and assist ComeOn throughout this transition. Both organizations anticipate a successful and punctual rollout of MitID.
NemID, a Danish digital identification method employed for over ten years, is undergoing a contemporary enhancement. The updated system, MitID, aims to align with current security protocols and integrate cutting-edge technological advancements.
“ComeOn prioritizes delivering a secure and engaging entertainment platform for our Danish users,” stated Silvana Zammit, Chief Legal Officer at ComeOn Group. “Our collaboration with Signaturgruppen, the entity behind MitID, elevates the player experience by bolstering the security and fluidity of interactions with our platform.”
She elaborated, “Signaturgruppen’s intuitive approach, coupled with their commendable customer support and comprehensive Nordic knowledge base, positions them as the ideal collaborator for ComeOn to maintain adherence to Denmark’s most recent secure access guidelines.”
