ACR’s Card Game Competition Raises Funds for Breast Cancer Awareness on International Women’s Day

ACR is holding a unique card game competition in honor of International Women’s Day to generate funds for a crucial purpose: combating breast cancer!

The game commences on Wednesday, March 8th, at 4:30 PM Eastern Time. With a mere $55 entry fee, participants will not only vie for a portion of the assured $10,000 prize fund but also contribute to the United Breast Cancer Foundation’s commendable efforts. This organization provides extensive aid to those impacted by breast cancer, encompassing financial aid, childcare assistance, covering screening expenses, and even reconstructive surgery.

Moreover, it’s akin to playing without charge! Every participant will obtain a $55 tournament entry for a subsequent event.

Furthermore, viewers can tune in to Americas Cardroom’s streaming platform during the event for a live broadcast featuring poker experts Katie Lindsay and Ebony Kenney, alongside Nicky Lomo and Caitlin Comeskey. They will delve into the significance of breast self-examinations and provide demonstrations on performing them at home.

The previous year’s event garnered over $15,000. Let’s strive to surpass that amount this year and demonstrate our backing for women globally!

ACR professional poker player, Ebony Kenney, expressed enthusiasm for joining ACR’s International Women’s Day celebration once more. She noted the previous year’s event was a major triumph. Kenney cherishes the opportunity to engage in poker with companions while championing a worthy endeavor, emphasizing she wouldn’t skip it. Being part of this constructive and impactful force within women’s poker is a privilege for her.
