A prominent player in the entertainment and gaming sector, Bally’s Corporation, has recently announced key additions to its executive team, highlighting the company’s strong dedication to ethical practices and corporate citizenship.

Assuming the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer is Don Westcott, who brings over two and a half decades of expertise in financial technology and gaming. His notable background includes a successful period as Global Head of Compliance at Nuvei, a leading payments solutions company. Previously, Westcott held critical roles at industry leaders like Fiserv and First Data, where he was instrumental in developing compliance strategies and control systems for financial institutions and fintech firms operating within the gaming sector.

Westcott’s experience in the gaming realm began at the operational level, with management positions at well-known entities such as Caesars Entertainment, Osage Casinos, and Isle of Capri Casinos. His career trajectory even includes Jumers Casino & Hotel, a property now within the Bally’s Quad Cities portfolio.

Further strengthening its strategic leadership, Bally’s welcomes Tammi Barlow as Vice President of Global Responsibility and Social Impact. A staunch advocate for ethical gaming practices, she spearheads these efforts at the National Council on Problem Gambling. Her presence is also well-known within other significant groups, including the Massachusetts Gaming and Health Advisory Committee and the African Americans in Gaming association.

Expressing enthusiasm for the selections, Kim Barker, the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Bally’s, remarked, “Representing the entire leadership group, I extend a warm welcome to Don and Tammi as they join Bally’s.
