Free-to-play gaming provider SportCaller has declared that it will incorporate all of its free-to-play (F2P) games into Scientific Games’ OpenMarket content aggregation platform to broaden its global presence.

During the past year, SportCaller’s game collection has doubled in size, now offering nearly 100 games in 36 nations and supporting 20 languages. SG’s OpenMarket enables a range of vendors to make their products accessible to its global operator partners.

SportCaller enables its partners to launch a variety of F2P prediction, accumulator, and other hyper-casual game formats across web, Apple iOS, Google Play Store, Facebook Instant Games, and Twitch extensions.

“Despite some continued success and steady growth, in this industry, we can never be complacent,” said Cillian Barry, Managing Director of SportCaller. “That’s why third-party partnerships with reputable sports betting providers like Scientific Games are so strategically important.”

Worldwide sports wagering businesses can now effortlessly broaden their product selection through OpenMarket, a platform that offers simple access to the top products available, including FTP and other core betting categories. Scientific Games remains a leading global digital gaming company, and its Senior Vice President, Keith OLoughlin, stated: “Therefore, we anticipate expanding our worldwide presence and observing how our localized games perform in different areas, some of which are entirely new to us.”

Keith OLoughlin, Senior Vice President of SG Digital Sports Betting, added that SportCaller is a market leader in the free-to-play vertical, making it a “sensible choice” for OpenMarket.

“They provide a diverse array of free-to-play games to various operators, ranging from traditional accumulators and winnable games for retention and responsible gaming, to quick-touch quizzes and casual games,” he explained.

“OpenMarket brings together a collection of innovative key assets for sports betting companies — from data to streaming, scoreboards, CRM, and naturally, free-to-play led by SportCaller. These assets have already generated income for our operators, so we are thrilled about the early international response from our expanding global betting partner association.”

The agreement will further expand SportCaller’s reach, following its expansion over the past year through direct agreements with major operators worldwide.

During February of 2019, the firm collaborated with FanDuel to develop complimentary games for sports enthusiasts. These games were intended to enhance the excitement surrounding events such as March Madness, however, the tournament was called off due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Last November, the firm declared a partnership with Tote to modernize their “Ten Man Chase” game, providing free entry into horse racing prize competitions.

This year, the company has joined forces with Gamesys Virgin Bet to introduce free games with a weekly £100,000 prize. The company has also been expanding its operations in the United States, collaborating with BetMGM and entering the Colorado online gambling market through an agreement with Betfred US.
